Thorpe Benefits was founded by Richard (Rick) Thorpe in 1977 and has since earned a strong reputation for developing and maintaining benefits plans that help its long-term clients satisfy and motivate their employees while controlling costs.

Rick's  son, Roger Thorpe, joined the firm in 1997. Eight years later, Thorpe Benefits successfully transitioned into Roger's capable hands. Roger now enjoys sole ownership of the business, although he embraces the experience that Rick, his father and partner, continues to bring to the table.

Roger and Rick specialize in employee benefits and proactively strive to exceed the expectations of their clients on a day-to-day - not renewal-to-renewal - basis.  Serving small to large organizations from a broad range of industries, Thorpe Benefits' services go beyond rate shopping. Our core offerings also include negotiation, communication, design and education.
